Greg,

  I take you seriously right off the bat even though Charles feels an initial welcoming jeer is necessary ;-).

I haven't been keeping track of Richard D James (aka Aphex Twin and several other aliases). What has he been doing lately that's worth checking out. What is the Satie project you mentioned?

Also could you fill us in on some of the Aphex Twin lore you know.

For those of you listening in, I like James' IcctHedral enough that I figured out the two main organizing rhythms Richard D. uses in the piece and posted them in The Rhythms. See Icct Hedral - timeline and Icct Hedral - alternate rhythm
