I'm joining because I want to see if this is a good way for me to learn some ear training and composition skills. Although I take piano lessons (adult beginner), it's traditional play-what's-on-the-paper.  I have a digital piano -- a Yamaha P-80 -- and I wonder if someone can suggest some way I might use it to create midi files?
