Some of the chords of this piece published on the site seem to be not quite correct to me (according to the studio records). Anyway my version can be taken as an altenative.

Piano and base in that piece play lots of tricks with the harmony because the same chord sound for two of more bares and the tempo is not fast.

bars 3-4: G/D

bars 5-6: A/D

both of these corrections seem to be not necessary (just the other notation of what you've transcribed), but they show bass pedal couterpoint (D) and dominant (A7) in bars 5-6 which sounds quite clear on the record.

bars 9-10: E7

bars 13-14: A7, A+

bars 17-22: like bars 1-6 with my corrections

bars 23-24: Bm7/Gmaj.7 - it sounds to me like polychord, pianist plays both chords (Bm7 and Gmaj.7) simultaneously, bassman accents G. These chords have three sounds in common (B,D,F#) and two different (G,A) which make it sound disonant and unstable.

Besides I've my arrangement of this piece (the way I prefer to play it) it's more complicated but souds rather beautiful to me.

I could send it to you if you want

Best Regards
