Topic Imrovisation on the changes of All The Things You Are

I'm a one handed piano player. (Not well.) What I thought was if I made more easy changes per measure, I'd sound better. Like An Am and 2 other chords insted of just C///.

Can anyone suggest anything. In particular somewher I saw all the note of C chords on one line and  the other chords with notes spelled out            C       Am
