I don't know of any program that creates falsh files that isn't Flash. But there again I'm a relative beginner. Flash is good at delivering lowband width animations but I haven't tried anything with Midi yet. There are, however, problems concerning sync. Animations run at different speeds on computers with different configurations - cpu, ram etc. My experiments deliberatly avoid rythmic material because of this.
