As discussed here is a guitar arrangement for the head for Blue In Green minus the melody. These are the voicings for the chords under the melody, not a separate comp.  For the full guitar arrangement add the melody from a published lead sheet.

Notice the form is 10 bars, repeated, with 4 bar tag.
