Chord changes for Duke Ellington's Serenade To Sweden. Duke wrote this in 1939 after his Orchestra's second tour of Sweden. I have never heard the original with the Ellington Orchestra, but Jimmy Rowles and Stan Getz do a masterful job with this on their album The Peacocks as does Lew Tabackin on his "Desert Lady" album.

I have yet to find published chord changes for this. I analyzed a piano solo arrangement in a Duke Ellington piano book that listed this tune, but the arrangement did not include chord symbols. Many thanks to Bernard Chinn who reviewed my translation attempt.  He suggested alternate chord names for my chord derivations which made the results make better sense for the practicing improvisor.
