Chord changes for Jimmy Heath's C.T.A.. Heath, a brilliant tenor saxophonist from Philadelphia who was a friend of John Coltrane, was briefly a member of Miles Davis' band in the early 1950's. Miles played this on one of his early recordings for Blue Note records.
