Charlie, I have a piano transcription of Reflections In D but it doesn't include chord symbols. I wasn't together enough musically to identify the changes from the score last time I attempted it a few years ago.

I'll try again. The score I found was included in the collection "Lee Evans Arranges Duke Ellington", which was published by Hal Leonard, in case anyone else wants to take a crack at it.
