HI DAVID this is a wonderful tune written by torme It is on 3 albums that I know of  1  MY KIND OF MUSIC---2  MEL TORME COMPACT JAZZ-- and 3  a great Shearing and torme collaberation AN EVENING AT CHARLIES however this version consists of a medley  CAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY YEARS /and welcome to the club --if you dont know WTTC you may be better off hearing one of the other 2 choices. good luck charlie.my ears tell me it is minor with some half diminished chords but I havent  really analysed it for too long.
