  Folks,

I have an old  Julie London / Barney Kessel  mp3 version of Gershwin's    " How Long Has This Been Going On ' .
For fun,    I scribed my own  ' vanilla sheet '  of this tune.based on their work,   in their key ...but geared to my fingering habits on classical guitar.
In the end my sheet looks little like the sheets I've found elsewhere ..    Please play thru my mess below and tell me if your ears understand this vanilla version of the tune ... .in the key of  G.

   G,   Abdim,   Am7,  D7

        Dm7,  G7,   CM7,  Cm7 ..

   G,   Em7,   Am7,   D7

        C7,   D+  -D7  G.....

( Bridge :  )

Em,  Am,  Em,  Am,  Em,  Am,  Em.....

  Bm,   F#,   Bm,  F#,  Bm,  Bbdim,  A-7,   D7 - D+  ...

( to top .. )

I've left the bridge thin and sadly sexless as notated  but I'd appreciate any thoughts or feedback on going to the    Em - Am   offset ... then the  Bm -F#  thing  on the way  back up to the  G that again opens the  ' A'  section.

Thanks for any help here,    Chas
