God Bless ya David. I've been trying to find this one since 1958 in England when my mother got me my first jazz record. It was 'Giants of Jazz' The Massy Hall concerts in Toronto. It's a difficult chart I will order it and pass it on to you. The person who phoned me is Maurice Clapwald NYPO express NY public Library. His phone number for your future reference is 212 592 7200.  Thanks again  Grahame
