Chord progression of Bud Powell's The Fruit. This fast bebop song has a very cheerful, incredibly complicated melody. Bud Powell was a mentally tortured man who had apparently suffered brain damage and periodically spent time in mental hospitals.

I believe the title comes from the epithet ("That Fruit!") which was occasionally aimed in Powell's direction because of his mental condition. He used it to title a tune that displayed his incredible musical gifts.
