I think I found the chords we're using here out of a fakebook.

Doing a Google search using the search string
 "Wild About Harry" sheet music
produces three interesting sites at the top of the returned results. The second link listed shows what the original sheetmusic looked like. I'm guessing that acquiring a copy would be an awful pricey proposition.
