I assume you are referring to the Bb melody note in bar 6.  The chord is G7#9, the #9 being the melody note.  This dominant seventh chord (G7) is from the C harmonic minor scale, not the C Aeolian.  The harmonic minor scale, 1 2 b3 4 5 b6 7 8 is used to give us the sound of the leading tone (the half-step before the tonic) because of its strong tendancy to resolve (lead up) to the tonic.  Hope this helps.
