Doug,

  After I read your message, I listened to the bridge of the posted sequence and noticed that the chord in the second bar was misnotated. It was written a half step too low. I've fixed the MIDI and the associated score. Also added extensions (#11 and #9) that are usually added to some of the dominant chords in the sixteen bar interlude.
