I am a recorder player who likes jazz. I arranged George Shearing's Lullaby of Birdland for my amateur recorder quartet and we plan to perform it on a free program at a local public library.

Would this be considered "fair use" of copyrighted matterials? No one is making a dime on this concert and the venue is educational.

If anyone has a recommendation, please contact me at smullany@rcn.com.

Thanks!
