New Freddie Hubbard sequences

I noticed we were short of Freddie's work, so I've added changes for six of his tunes over the last three days: Sky Dive, Thermo, To Her Ladyship, Theme For Kareem, Arietis, and Little Sunflower. I may do four or five more before I'm done. Since we now have eight of his works listed, he gets his own sublisting in The Changes.
