This example presents a melody line that uses only the notes of C melodic minor above the chord sequence Dmi7(b5)-G7alt-Cmi(MA7) .

This is usually considered to be an inferior solution for improvising over minor II-V-I progressions. Here's a demonstration of a better approach.
