I found a great source in the U.K. for lyrics of jazz tunes this week: Rabid Squirrel's Jazz Archive. In answer to SongTrellis visitors who ask for lyrics, I've begun to add lyric links that point to the Squirrel when  he lists one of the tunes we list over here. I'm working on the tunes that begin with 'C". He's running a risk ($150,000 per instance statuatory damages in the U.S.) that I'm not willing to take, but I'm willing to point to him.

We have a new composer, J. Jagelka, submitting work this week. His new tunes are: Torch Song, Blues 61,  One For Frank Dupre, Nancy's Blues and Just Fiends. Check it out and tell him what you think.
